The BoxLoo Separator Insert: Perfect for All Stackers!

Our BoxLoo separator insert fits perfectly into any Eurobox with dimensions of 40 cm x 30 cm. You can purchase the separator insert individually for your existing Eurobox. The BoxLoo separator insert is an extension of our product range. Due to its shape and the indentations along the edge, it fits optimally into the Eurobox with a base dimension of 40 cm x 30 cm and a height of 27 cm. The matching collection containers can be found here (link to BoxLoo containers). Initially, the separator insert is available only in black.

The BoxLoo separator insert also ensures that solids and urine are collected separately inside your dry separation toilet. Urine is diverted through an opening in the front area into the urine canister. In the rear part of the separator, there is a larger opening for solids. This extends like a tube just above the solids container, ensuring that everything ends up where it should during use, protecting the interior of your dry separation toilet from contamination. The subtle black color of the BoxLoo separator insert gives your toilet a modern look.

The recyclable ABS plastic is made from recycled material, making it particularly sustainable and very durable.

The smooth, closed surface is easy to clean. The robust material of the BoxLoo separator insert can be easily cleaned with a pressure washer and is dishwasher-safe up to 70 degrees Celsius. While our other separators have a wooden seat, the large plastic surface of the BoxLoo separator insert is easy to wipe clean, ensuring bacteria and germs have no chance.

Separator inserts in the original Kildwick quality: Proven design, new material

Since we revived the originally English brand Kildwick here in Leipzig, we have made many adjustments and improvements. However, the design of the separator inserts has remained exactly the same—because there's simply nothing to improve! The separators are ergonomically perfect and very easy to use. However, we have changed the material of the Kildwick separator inserts: While they were previously made from fiberglass-reinforced plastic, we have opted for ABS plastic. This material is just as durable but, at the end of its life cycle, does not become hazardous waste and can be recycled. Moreover, the smooth underside of the plastic makes cleaning the separator insert easier.

With this, we have made the proven original more sustainable and user-friendly. The Kildwick separator inserts offer you the highest quality—at the best price.

Ergonomic design for separated collection

Our separator inserts were developed by both men and women to ensure they are equally usable for both male and female anatomy. The ergonomic design of the separator inserts, with a high separation ridge and wide urine outlet, ensures that everything lands exactly where it should during use—in the separate containers. All you need to do is sit down. If you're unsure if you're seated correctly, you can slide a bit forward or backward. Quickly, using a separation toilet with a Kildwick separator insert becomes just as comfortable as using a conventional toilet.

Made from robust recycled ABS plastic

All Kildwick separator inserts are made from durable, 4 mm thick ABS plastic, which is heat-resistant up to 60°C and completely impact, break, and crack resistant. This means the separator inserts have an exceptionally long lifespan. And if they ever need to be replaced or are no longer needed, the plastic can be recycled.

Easy cleaning thanks to the smooth surface

Both the top and underside of the separator insert have a particularly smooth, high-gloss finish, making it difficult for germs and dirt to adhere. This makes the separator insert easy to clean from all sides, ensuring it always stays hygienic.
